upload your picture to http://www.tinypic.com
click on "browse" and find your image, then click "upload now"

then copy the "direct link for layouts" url at the bottom
paste the url into the code

right click the image you want to use and click the "properties" tab:

find the "width" and "height" like so:

insert those to numbers in the "width" and "height" into the code
